CHILDREN ATTENDING
IMMUNOLOGY 2010™ |
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to attend
IMMUNOLOGY 2010™ or to
enter the Exhibit Hall, session rooms, or hallways in the meeting
area.
High school students (age 13 and older) are welcome to attend the
meeting and will receive complimentary registration if they are
accompanied by a registered adult. Students must provide a school
ID to register. High school teachers are also welcome to attend
and will receive complimentary registration with proper ID. We
kindly request that students be accompanied by a registered adult
at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.

Registration may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or
American Express). Purchase Orders will NOT be accepted. Registrants

The
registration fee covers entrance to scientific sessions and
exhibits, plus a copy of the program and access to the abstracts
online prior to the meeting through the
itinerary planner and at the conclusion of the meeting
via The Journal of Immunology.

Graduate Student Registration
All
graduate students
(including AAI Member graduate students)
must have a department head or research advisor certify their
student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and
email address of your department head. If registering at the
meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your
department head. “Student” will be indicated on your badge.
Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory
technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full
member or nonmember rate.

Undergraduate Students, High School Students, and High School
Teachers Registration
Undergraduate students, high school students and high school
teachers will receive free registration at the meeting.
Participants must register onsite in Baltimore. Registration will
not be accepted in advance. To receive a complimentary
registration onsite, please bring a student/teacher ID card or a
letter signed by your department head, research advisor,
principal, or teacher.

Press Passes
Press badges will be issued at the Registration Desk to
pre-approved members of the working press and freelance writers
bearing a letter of assignment from an editor. To registration,
please send a copy of your letter of assignment along with your
contact information to
meetings@aai.org.
Representatives from allied fields (public relations, public
information, public affairs, scholarly journals or publishers) may
register
on site.

Meeting Materials Pick Up...NEW
THIS YEAR! |
|
Registrants will pick up their meeting badges and materials onsite
in Baltimore.
- Those who register
prior to May 2 will receive an email confirmation of registration
and an explanation of onsite check-in procedures. The confirmation
message will contain a bar code for use at onsite check-in
terminals. Recipients will need to bring the printed
confirmation message to Baltimore to obtain their meeting badges,
pre-purchased tickets, and meeting materials
|

Note: Refund requests will
not be accepted after April 7, 2010. |

Any
registrant wishing to obtain a refund must submit a written request
along with his/her confirmation number by April 7, 2010. Please send
