IMMUNOLOGY 2010^TM Exhibit Hall Sponsorships

AAI offers two types of sponsorship opportunities: Support for the Scientific Program and Exhibit Hall Sponsorships (described below).

Exhibit Hall Sponsorships enable organizations to raise awareness of their presence on the IMMUNOLOGY 2010™ exhibit floor and visibly demonstrate their support for the immunology community. Exhibit Hall Sponsorships include refreshment carts, lanyards, meeting bag inserts, and many other items.

Exhibitors whose total sponsorship purchases amount to $3,000 or more qualify for the many benefits associated with each of the AAI Premier Sponsorships. Supporters whose sponsorship purchases total less than $3,000 will be recognized in the sponsor list on the Immunology 2010™ website and acknowledged in print materials before, during, and following the meeting.

Space for Exhibitor Workshops may be obtained for a minimum of one hour at a cost of $900 -- hour to include time for set up and tear down. Workshop applications are subject to approval.

Product Showcase.........$300

· Exhibitors will have the opportunity to make a 15-minute scheduled presentation or demonstration on the Exhibit Hall stage. Presentations are subject to approval. Showcase applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

· Presentations will be advertised in meeting program.

· Cost includes stage, microphone, lectern, easel, and 6 ft. table.

Announcement of Your Booth Raffle.........$100

· AAI will announce your booth-raffle winner over the PA system in the exhibit hall.

· AAI will post your company name and your raffle winner at the front of the exhibit hall.

· Raffle entry forms to be collected by exhibitor; raffle prizes to be provided by exhibitor and winner selection to be handled by exhibitor.
